It was a night to remember at The Drake Underground!
On Saturday, February 3rd the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as Misty Blue kicked off the evening with a bang, opening for "A Short Walk to Pluto" on the final night of their Rule the World tour.
The venue was packed with a sold-out crowd, a perfect mix of friends, family, and devoted fans. Misty Blue set the stage on fire with their great opener, creating an amazing energy that resonated throughout the venue. They performed some of their own songs as well as an incredible cover of The Chain by Fleetwood Mac.
As the anticipation reached its peak, A Short Walk to Pluto took the stage for their hometown show. The quartet, featuring Emma Armstrong on lead vocals, Max Kaiser on lead guitar, keys, and synths, Danny Moriana on bass guitar and backing vocals, synths, and Jake Biggs on drums and percussion, delivered a performance that was nothing short of magical.
Being a cover band, A Short Walk to Pluto treated the audience to a cover of "Everybody Wants to Rule the World," which delighted the crowd and showcased the band's versatility. Emma Armstrong's vocals were mesmerizing throughout the night, capturing the essence of each song with grace and power.
Overall, each member of the band showcased their musical prowess, creating a synergy that elevated the entire performance.
