After releasing her second studio album this past May, rising music icon Sigrid has hit the road with her “How To Let Go Tour.”
The tour will make a total of 18 stops around the world, but one of the most recent stops was in Detroit, Michigan at El Club.
As soon as you stepped into the venue you were hit with the wave of exciting energy that the fans brought to the show while huddled up close to the stage.
The night was kicked off by rising Minnesota star Ber who performed a broad range set of both tear-jerking ballads like “Same Effect” and soon-to-be pop hits like “Dead Dear (Deer)” and “I’m Not In Love”.
From her hilarious stories behind songs to her heartfelt performance, Ber put on an amazing show and set the tone perfectly for the rest of the night.
After a short break in between sets, Sigrid got the crowd jumping within seconds of walking onto the stage, starting her setlist off with “It Gets Dark”.
Between her energetic dance moves across the stage to the continuous banter with the crowd, Sigrid put her whole heart into the 19-song set list which included fan favorites like “Head on Fire”, “Bad Life”, “Don’t Feel Like Crying”, “Mirror” and more.
Overall, the concert was an amazing time and you could tell just by the energy that everyone was so happy to be there. Even if you walked into the show only knowing a few songs, you were still guaranteed a fun-filled night and some new songs to add to your favorite playlists.
