Why Miley Cyrus Doesn’t Plan to Tour Anytime Soon

Although Miley Cyrus’ latest single ‘Flowers’ has been streamed over 1 billion times on Spotify and safely holds the spot as one of the top songs of the summer, Cyrus has no plans on headlining a tour anytime soon.
Cyrus last toured internationally in 2014 for her ‘Bangerz’ tour but has recently said in an interview with British Vogue that she doesn’t plan to tour following the release of her latest album ‘Endless Summer Vacation.’
Although Cyrus told British Vogue that she enjoys performing and singing for her friends, “singing for hundreds of thousands of people isn’t really the thing that I love,” adding that “It’s also not natural. It’s so isolating because if you’re in front of 100,000 people, then you are alone.”
However, even if Cyrus isn’t set to perform on tour anytime soon she has put out an instagram post reminding her fans that “Even if I don’t see [my fans] face to face every night at a concert, [they] are felt deeply in my heart.”
Cyrus also reiterates the difficulties of life on tour and explains to her fans that while she may take some time and change her mind, right now she is simply enjoying her ‘Endless Summer Vacation.’
